Nestled in a peaceful 11-hectare estate outside Marrakesh, this catered luxury vacation villa is located in a secluded area yet only a 15-minute drive from the city center of Marrakesh. The standout features of this property include truly unique decor, a spa with a hammam and a treatment room, a homey gym, a heated infinity pool, a caidal tent, tennis and volleyball courts, a pétanque court, and views of the Atlas Mountains. Designed by French visual artist Jean-François Fourtou, this exclusive villa has won multiple design awards. This luxury retreat showcases an elegant, authentic Moroccan style complemented with unique realistic art, with friendly animal sculptures located everywhere across the property, that give the property a warm and truly unique atmosphere. The villa features a bright, double-height living room with a fireplace and orangutan sculptures, a spacious dining area for 24 guests, featuring a gigantic and friendly giraffe, a professional kitchen (available for staff use only), a cozy library with a large TV, a wellness area with a hammam and a treatment room, along with a home gym. There are also a total of nine en-suite rooms spread around a mimosa-covered central courtyard, accommodating up to 20 guests. Seven of these rooms have access to a terrace. The exteriors feature over 1.5 hectares of green lawns and manicured gardens, filled with palm trees and olive trees, and a zero-edge heated pool lined with comfortable sunbeds. Guests can also enjoy the stunning central courtyard with shaded lounge and dining al fresco areas, several other covered terraces, a rooftop terrace with views of the Atlas Mountains, a traditional 60 m² caidal tent, a tennis court, a volleyball field, football goals, a ping pong table, and a pétanque court.
