Originally a hotel where distinguished guests such as Virginia Woolf and Winston Churchill stayed, this elegant luxury holiday villa was renovated in 2017 and offers plenty of space for a large family or group of friends. Located next to the beautiful town of Cassis, this waterfront villa is within walking distance to the beach via a private path and offers 11 bedrooms, a cinema room, hammam, a pétanque court, an outdoor jacuzzi, and a large heated pool. Inside, there are four reception rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and 11 bedrooms (with the option to rent a 12th en-suite bedroom upon request). The interiors are a delightful combination of simplicity and elegance. The rooms are all beautifully furnished with wooden floors and large windows and doors that open onto stunning views, as well as the expansive terrace overlooking the sea. The gardens are meticulously maintained. An impressive 13x4m heated saltwater pool is nestled under pine trees and overlooks the sea. In an elevated and secluded position, it is a perfect place for a jacuzzi and an outdoor sauna to relax and admire the amazing coastal vistas. In the basement, a private nightclub provides an exclusive entertainment venue, ideal for hosting up to 25 guests. Guests can also enjoy a game room with air conditioning, featuring fitness equipment. Guests can spend their mornings exploring the natural park of Les Calanques before enjoying a freshly grilled lunch al fresco, followed by a friendly game of bocce.
