This luxury villa rental is set in the heart of the Maremma region of Tuscany, just a 30 min. drive to long stretches of beautiful sandy beaches. Situated between Rome and Pisa, guests can explore the unspoiled fishing village of Castiglione della Pescaia, the medieval village of Massa Marittima, the chic harbor of Punta Ala and so much more. The property is set on expansive grounds that extend over 1200 acres, offering a private and peaceful setting. The home boasts 7 bedrooms, a spacious billiard room, expansive spacious terraces and a swimming pool overlooking the picturesque Tuscan countryside. The interiors are bright with natural light and elegantly decorated. The ground floor of the property includes a double entrance hall, large colorfully decorated living room with a central fireplace and a sitting area, a study, a formal dining area with fireplace that can seat up to 16 guests, a fully equipped kitchen, an additional sitting room fitted with a cinema projector and a laundry room. Most of the living areas on the ground floor have access to the terraces and gardens. On the first floor there are six bedrooms and the billiard room which has access to a terrace with lounge chairs overlooking the countryside. The guest house is comprised of the 7th en suite bedroom, a kitchenette and living area. The villa's exteriors have been thoughtfully designed to entertain a large group of guests with various terraces that can be used throughout the day.
