This 13th century luxury vacation villa is set atop a hill with spectacular views of the rolling hills and situated less than a thirty minute drive from the town of Sienna. Meticulously restored, the home offers 7 bedrooms, a private gym, sauna, tennis and bocce court and a heated swimming pool. The elegant two story villa has kept its original structure and architectural details, such as warm colours, beamed ceilings and an internal courtyard. There are 7 bedrooms, three of which are en suite and the other four with shared bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a spacious dining room, a living room with a billiard table, a TV room and a fully equipped kitchen, all opening onto the stone courtyard. There is second living room with fireplace and an office on the first floor. The pool area offers lounge chairs, a hammock and a summer kitchen and seating area; guests will love the wood burning pizza oven.
